Stainless Steel Hood Kit by Kentrol

If you work with or use stainless steel frequently then you will know that not all stainless parts are made the same.  The Kentrol parts and accessories such as the stainless steel hood kit are made from sheets – or tubing, depending on the product – of 410 or 304 stainless steel.  This is the virgin steel that will never rust. 

Using their proprietary drawings and tools that are made by the Kentrol engineers, the stainless steel parts are first stamped and then they are drilled and machined, welded and the they are polished all while making sure that you get the best fit and finish possible.  Kentrol hood vents and hinges are a bit larger than normal.  This is done on purpose so that they will be able to hide any of the paint seams or any of the body primer that might be exposed if they were a bit smaller.
